Shipping conditions

The processing time for orders is usually approx. 1-3 working days before dispatch. In some cases, processing may take longer due to various factors (e.g. seasonal orders, e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas and other important holidays).

Cancellation policy: Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.

A full refund will be given if a package does not arrive within 35 days of the shipping date.

Sometimes unforeseen delays occur due to the shipping volume of carriers, public holidays, peak times, delays in customs clearance, inaccurate or incomplete shipping information (e.g. mailbox for recipient address, missing or inaccurate recipient phone number) or unavailability or refusal of the recipient to accept the delivery.

How do I track my order status?

After the order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can track your parcel status using the tracking number and tracking link provided.

Note: The tracking information will be available 2-3 days after the package is shipped

Wrong shipping information

We are not responsible if a package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details at checkout. We will try to do everything we can to help in every situation - we are here to help you. Please understand, however, that we often cannot change the destination address at this point in time if the package has already been sent. We reserve the right to charge a return shipping fee. If you find that you made a mistake, email us as soon as possible to explain the mistake and provide the correct information within 24 hours.

With the subject: URGENT SHIPPING ADDRESS ERROR

Lost parcel on the way - In the event that a parcel never arrives after 35 working days and we can no longer trace the parcel in our tracking system. You must receive proof from your local post office that you have not received any parcels from our shipping address within this period, and we will resend another parcel as soon as possible.

Usually the post office sends a pickup notification to your address for a large package that cannot be delivered or if you missed the delivery. If the parcel is returned by the post after 14 waiting times, it will either be destroyed or on the way back to an unregistered parcel. Since nobody pays for the return, it can be lost on the way back or destroyed by custom.
