Our policy lasts 45 days. Unfortunately, if 45 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Different types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, dangerous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Book with obvious signs of wear
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or record that has been opened
- All items that are not in their original condition are damaged or parts are missing for reasons that are not due to our error
- All items returned more than 45 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)

Late or missing refund (if applicable)

Only items at the regular price can be refunded. Unfortunately, sales items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We expect you to return the other device and you are responsible for the return shipping fees
If the item is marked at purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. As soon as the returned item is received, you will receive a gift voucher.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the gift giver sent the order to himself to give you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will be informed of your return.

In the event that your package is delivered to the wrong address that you entered when ordering, we are not responsible for this and will not send a refund.
When a package is shipped and on the way, we cannot make changes to the delivery address and offer no refund. Please check the confirmation email you receive immediately when you place an order. If you don't see it, contact support immediately. Please note: We process orders within 5 - 48 hours. Therefore, contact us immediately for changes.
In the event that your package appears to have been delivered but you have not received it, contact our customer service team immediately who can help you with the order.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you're shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider a traceable shipping service or take out shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
